Notifications
Email, Slack, and Telegram when a ship starts, fails, or is ready to test.
Settings → Notifications. Alerts are per app. Defaults: waiting, failed, and ready to test.
Goes to your account email unless you add more (up to 10). Toggles save as you click. Send a test from this page.
Slack
Create an incoming webhook, paste the URL. Messages go to that channel. Same event toggles as email. Nothing is posted until a URL is saved.
Telegram
CapWrap’s bot DMs the person who links this app. Open the link or scan the QR, then tap Start. The QR lasts 30 minutes. For a shared team channel, use Slack instead.
Events

| New commit ready to deploy | A new SHA landed on the default branch |
| Ship started | Actions began an upload |
| Waiting for you | A future gated step (not the default path today) |
| Ship succeeded / failed / cancelled | Workflow finished |
| Ready to test | TestFlight or Play Internal processed the build |
